The Mobile Photography Competition at EYTHO 2025 carried the theme of the excitement of various contests and facilities available on the Elizabeth International campus. The competition aimed to enhance photography skills using smartphones and challenged participants to submit their three best photos. It was held on Friday, January 24, 2025, as part of EYTHO 2025, which spanned five days.

One of the Visual Communication Design (DKV) students impressed the judges with photos capturing the vibrant atmosphere of the competition on the Elizabeth International campus. The work was praised for its ability to convey meaning and emotion, leaving a lasting impression on the judges.

"The main strength of my work lies in its unique concept and the success in delivering messages through visuals. My inspiration came from personal experiences, the competition atmosphere, and input from mentors and seniors," said Marcel.

For the creative process, the student used a smartphone to capture the images and utilized an editing application to refine the final results. Techniques primarily focused on angles and capturing the best moments.

The success of Widiatmika Vocational School students is inseparable from the role of dedicated mentors who provide intensive guidance. Ni Putu Intan Pradnya Parmita, Head of the Visual Communication Design Program and mentor, explained that the school emphasizes improving technical skills and motivation.

"We train students in photography techniques, editing, and conceptual understanding. We also provide moral support to ensure they feel confident and enthusiastic during competitions," said Intan.
